Honestly the kindest staff and best car wash. The two managers Jacob and Ignacio helped us find personal belongings that we left. They went above and beyond and did everything they could. They were all so kind and helpful. 10000/10 car wash.

Formal Complaint: Recurrent Service Downgrades and Membership Discrepancy I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the chronic misprovision of services at your Auto Spa location. We hold a Super Service membership, yet we consistently receive inferior car wash tiers.Today, this issue escalated. I was forced to return to the service window after initially receiving a Deluxe wash instead of our paid Super Service. Upon pointing this out, the attendant at the window actively downgraded the second attempt to a Standard wash. I was very angry and this was done despite her explicit knowledge of our higher-tier membership status. Furthermore, my husband’s vehicle was also processed today; based on the poor visual results, he was also likely given a Standard wash despite our membership tier. Due to time constraints, we cannot always return to the window to correct these errors. This pattern of billing for a premium service while delivering a basic one raises serious concerns about your systemic business practices and how many other members are affected. This was my first experience at this location. I work with an organization where I've had the pleasure to meet many of the administrative team at WLR. They are a great group and supportive of the community in so many ways. That is why I wanted to support their business in return, so I went in for a car wash. Unfortunately, at this location, it seems they stack the cars up very closely to proceed through the wash. After being aggressively directed into the bay, I placed my car in neutral and took my foot off the brake, as is customary, but then it rolled forward and made contact with the car in front of me. Luckily, no one was hurt, but there was slight damage to our bumpers. Both myself and the other car's driver were instructed to pull out of the bay and park after the wash so that we could complete statements and exchange contact information. Both of us commented as to how closely we were placed in the assembly line. The manager phoned after reviewing the footage and insisted that I had not placed my car in neutral. I don’t usually use this location. This will definitely be my last time back. I have a work truck that goes on job sites that gets really sticky mud and it get stuck in the wheel wells and on the frame when I pulled in I asked if it didn’t come clean if I could run it through twice which is not a problem over at the other location in Frederick I went through the first time in the wheel wells were still really muddy. I have to run it through again and the guy at the front counter gave me such a problem about running it through twice. He said it looked clean and I knew it was still dirty underneath, but he wanted to argue with me, but did eventually let me run it through again, but his customer service skills were not that great. I will not be back to this location

I typically go to the car wash in Germantown, but I had the opportunity to try the one in Frederick, and I was quite impressed. The experience exceeded my expectations! The staff put in a lot of effort, and I would rank this car wash as one of the top three in the area. I also found their membership options to be more advantageous compared to those at Flagship or Mr. Wash. I'm looking forward to seeing the upgrades planned for the Germantown location. I would like to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff and this incredible company.
